Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K‑$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Position Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are
A Passionate Seller: When a lead comes in, skillfully pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident policyholders.
A Front Lines Liaison: Represent the Liberty brand, believe in what you’re selling, and enjoy connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs.
A Reliable Teammate: Adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders, whether working at the office or from home.
A Customer‑Centric Closer: Care sincerely that customers get exactly the quality products and services they need today while confidently pursuing tomorrow.
Training & Availability
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. Must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile services are not supported.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training provided if not currently held.
