As a Sales Representative, Enterprise Accounts, you’ll grow new market share for ADP’s cloud-based HR solutions to large market prospects (1,000+ employees) within a defined territory. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness to the table daily on a team dedicated to partnership and client relationships. Sales Representatives for Enterprise Accounts are collaborative. This role involves internal partnering; it is not a lone-wolf sales position. You will join a team that supports training and development in a diverse, flexible environment focused on work-life balance and career advancement. What You’ll Do
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with teams to attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts. Plan and Report to Achieve Success. Develop an annual business plan, set sales and activity goals, compile Account Plans for prospective clients, describe existing products and services, identify potential sales, and maintain a current prospective business report. Market - Conduct Market Research. Develop prospective client sources, utilize sales automation tools, identify competitive prospects, and broaden knowledge of ADP products versus competitors. Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, work with U.S. and Global Enterprise Accounts teams on joint opportunities and relationships. Qualifications
5 or more years of enterprise-level sales experience. Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP’s competitors is an asset. What’s in It for You

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and experience. Some roles may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is $56,100.00 - $121,500.00 per year.
