Sales Representative, Enterprise Accounts . The world\u2019s largest companies

count on our Human Capital Management solutions. As a
Sales Representative, Enterprise Accounts , you\u2019ll grow new market share for ADP\u2019s cloud-based Human Resources solutions to large market prospects (1,000+ employees) within a defined territory. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness to the table every day on a team dedicated to partnership and client relationships. What you\u2019ll do is within a collaborative environment where internal partnering is common. The role offers earnings potential, opportunities for career advancement, and support for personal training and development in a diverse, flexible setting.
Responsibilities
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: work independently and with teams to attain or exceed revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
Plan and Report to Achieve Success: develop an annual business plan, set sales and activity goals, and create Account Plan documents for prospective clients; maintain a current prospective business report identifying opportunities to close accounts.
Market - Conduct Market Research: develop prospective client sources, use sales automation tools to define market strategies, identify and target competitive prospects, and broaden knowledge of ADP products and competitors.
Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners; work with U.S. and Global Enterprise Accounts teams on joint opportunities and relationships.
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of enterprise-level sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP\u2019s competitors is an asset.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some roles include bonus, equity, or commissions. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. Compensation range: USD $56,100.00 - USD $121,500.00 / Year.
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirements under laws.
