Overview

The Account Executive for Customer Growth is responsible for identifying, facilitating and creating sales opportunities that deliver active opportunities that are closeable in 3-9 months and align with quarterly team goals. This will also include managing existing customer accounts. The person in this role will generate new opportunities for the Public Sector Sales group to meet/exceed goals of the entire team while also meeting/exceeding personal sales targets. Responsibilities

Independently initiate calls with leads, prospects and existing customers with a goal of a qualified Discovery Call for the assigned Account Executive Gather information and assess needs and requirements, educate the contact on our full range of product offerings and determine viability of a sale prior to passing to Account Manager Maintain purposeful, regular contact with identified prospects to add value and drive prospect towards a sale; regular contact includes emails, phone calls and other relevant activities Generate new qualified lead prospects by developing a target list of customers and executing calling and email campaigns on behalf of the assigned sales representatives Generate sales leads and opportunities at tradeshows. Engage trade show participants and ensure proper lead follow up after the show Accompany and support other Account Executives at onsite customer meetings by being an active participant Regularly and accurately update all internal systems on all activities Coordinate transition call for Account Manager when prospect/customer moves from lead to qualified sales opportunity; facilitate the call as needed, to ensure proper transition of potential customer to the Account Manager Review and evaluate Requests for Proposals; assist prospects with drafting appropriate documentation Manage existing accounts Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience Manage a high level of activity of both email and phone calls to effectively establish pipeline of appointments for sales team Exhibit strong skills at investigating situations or issues to get relevant information by being adept at asking probing questions to successfully obtain quality information Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others Sharp, fast learner with a curiosity for technology as well as aptitude in the technology sector Prompt response to all inquiries Qualifications & Background

Education & Certifications 4 year degree strongly preferred Knowledge & Technical Skills Highly prefer skills in Netsuite Simple demos of KeyMark solutions Travel Requirements
