What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build strong, consultative relationships with employer clients to support mental health initiatives

Manage enrollment marketing and campaign planning to increase program awareness

Prepare reporting and lead client meetings to ensure satisfaction and engagement

Strategically troubleshoot client requests and identify upsell opportunities

Analyze and present program engagement metrics to demonstrate value to clients

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 4+ years of enterprise account management experience

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across teams in a fast-paced environment

Proactive approach to influence stakeholders and drive decisions

Strong attention to detail and ownership of account success

Proficiency in creating presentations and analyzing data; familiarity with Looker and Salesforce is desirable
