Overview
Brasa Rotisserie is looking for a General Manager to lead operations at Brasa Rotisserie and Alma Cafe in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. The GM will provide stellar hospitality with strong knowledge of food and drink, support and guide staff during shifts, handle guest correspondence, and manage opening and closing duties. The General Manager position is 5 shifts per week, 45–50 hours/week. Open availability in the evenings and weekends is required. Previous restaurant experience and supervisory skills are essential. Salary $60,000–$65,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Provide stellar hospitality and knowledge of food and drinks to guests
Support and guide staff throughout shifts
Handle guest correspondence and manage opening and closing duties

Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience and supervisory skills
