Position Summary: This role is based at Sam's Club in Woodbridge, VA. The actual hourly pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range $20.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Position Summary Be a Team Member – Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools and tasks, and mentor new technicians. Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.

Be an Expert – Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and point of sale systems. Use phone and in‑person selling techniques.

Be a Techie – Leverage digital tools to plan sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application, and training. Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.

Be an Owner – Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC. Lead tracking and monitoring of returns and special orders. Operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain accurate inventory audit, and comply with safety and compliance standards. Report TBC complaints, safety hazards, and problems with products, services, and work areas. Complete paperwork logs and other required documentation. Ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures. Identify member needs, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues and concerns.

Be a Talent Ambassador – Act as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience in the TBC area and modeling high quality service and products. Develop, influence, and inspire others for working in a respectful, supportive, and team oriented style. Understand roadblocks and assist in training team members.

Compliance – Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Carry out tasks, communicate progress and information, and determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities. Adapt to learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver’s license.

18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Auto service industry experience.

Retail experience.
