Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethical standards
Monitor business performance and utilize company tools for effective planning and sales impact
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company offerings
Maintain accurate records of interactions with healthcare providers in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Develop expertise to provide tailored customer interactions using approved learning materials
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
Experience in specialty pharmacy, distribution channels, and/or HUBs
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Willingness to travel up to 75%; must reside in the assigned territory
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pulmonology or with specialty healthcare providers in any therapeutic area
Proven success with multiple product launches
Demonstrated ability to navigate a flexible and agile working environment
