What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and standards
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Monitor business performance and utilize company tools for effective planning and sales impact
Maintain accurate records of interactions with healthcare providers in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Demonstrate expertise in Patient Access Programs and Specialty Distribution Models
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience
Experience in specialty pharmacy, distribution channels, or HUBs
Ability to travel up to 75%; must reside in the assigned territory
Valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in pulmonology or with specialty healthcare providers in any therapeutic area
Success with multiple product launches
Demonstrated ability to navigate a flexible and agile work environment
