What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist customers with U‑Haul products and services at the center
Utilize smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology for rentals and inventory management
Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers as needed
Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
Willingness to work around moving parts and potentially hazardous materials
Commitment to a nicotine‑free workplace in accordance with company policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in customer service or related fields
Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspection procedures
Ability to obtain certifications for filling propane and operating a forklift
