Role Overview
AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) – part‑time at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. Your goal is to deliver an amazing shopping experience, represent the brand, and build loyalty. Responsibilities
Engage guests using the AE Selling Model and provide a “friends first” shopping mind‑set. Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as required. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates and maintain a team‑first mentality. Uphold integrity and always follow AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications
Enthusiastic people person who loves interacting with guests. Energetic, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passionate about AE and Aerie products. Previous retail experience (minimum 16 years of age). Benefits & Pay
