Manage the Regional Group Office General Email Box for various requests and communications
Prepare and package outgoing mail and shipments as needed
Print, collate, and assemble materials for meetings
Maintain and update broker information and system records for accuracy
Utilize data and analytics to create reports supporting sales activities and performance tracking
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven basic math and analytical skills
Proficiency in data entry and computer applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to represent the employer in a professional manner
Previous experience in an administrative role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience navigating a matrixed organization
Familiarity with internal Sharepoints and systems
