Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, particularly in insurance, retail, or banking Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections in a sales environment Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment Capability to maintain focus in a distraction‑free environment High‑speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Inbound sales experience is a plus Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently Experience with metric‑driven sales organizations Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
