Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client in the logistics and supply chain industry is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and support shipping operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors in multiple languages. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and order status in English and Spanish. Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Process orders, track shipments, and update customers on status changes. Handle documentation and maintain accurate records in the logistics management system. Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary. Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with shipping documentation and ERP systems is a plus. Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time hours, MondayFriday. Pay Range: $21$24 per hour (based on experience).
