As a Branch Banker within PNC's Hiram organization, you will be based in Hiram, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being.
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities and positioning PNC products to meet needs.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficient, accurate completion.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus related experience or product knowledge. Typically requires 3+ years experience; a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
