What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with account executives, pre‑sales teams, and partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities

Engage with vendors and delivery partners to align on best practices and sales strategies

Conduct customer discovery calls and manage deal progress across the territory

Run enablement sessions to upskill field teams and drive pipeline activity

Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud contact center sales

Strong analytical skills

Proven experience in channel sales

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast‑paced team

Proven track record in achieving sales targets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Technical expertise in Zendesk and Amazon Connect is advantageous

Experience selling at the C‑level

Proven ability to proactively pursue new business opportunities

Strong communicator with excellent writing, speaking, and listening skills
