What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with account executives, pre‑sales teams, and partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities
Engage with vendors and delivery partners to align on best practices and sales strategies
Conduct enablement sessions to upskill field teams and drive pipeline activity
Manage customer discovery calls and track deal progress across the territory
Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation by staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud contact center sales
Strong analytical skills
Proven experience in channel sales and scale selling
Experience selling at the C‑level
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and proactively pursuing new business opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Technical expertise in Zendesk and Amazon Connect is advantageous
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast‑paced team
Exceptional communication skills, including writing, speaking, and listening
