What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with account executives, pre‑sales teams, and partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities
Conduct enablement sessions to upskill field teams and drive pipeline activity
Manage customer discovery calls and track deal progress across the territory
Coordinate with pre‑sales teams to deliver tailored value propositions based on customer needs
Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation by staying ahead of industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud contact center sales
Strong analytical skills and experience with scale selling
Proven experience in channel sales and selling at the C-level
Track record of achieving sales targets and proactively pursuing new business opportunities
Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, speaking, and listening abilities
