Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses Handle various types of automobile subrogation claims, focusing on lower complexity recoveries Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while adhering to regulatory compliance Initiate and hear arbitration between companies on disputed liability and/or damage claims Determine the appropriate collection methods for claims What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements Strong customer service and negotiation skills Proficient analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization, and organizational skills High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
