What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
Handle a variety of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross‑jurisdictional claims
Initiate and participate in arbitrations regarding disputed claims
Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
Maintain professionalism and uphold the values of the employer in all interactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive claims liability
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Proficient analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Ability to type 50 words per minute and possess basic math and computer skills
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
General understanding of various lines of insurance coverage (e.g., homeowners, auto)
Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills with an appreciation for diverse backgrounds
Active participation in company culture initiatives and community service
