What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
Manage an inventory of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while adhering to regulatory compliance
Conduct arbitration between companies for disputed liability and damage claims
Display professionalism and positive behavior while maintaining company values
What is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of automotive claims liability experience
General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Proficient analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
General understanding of different lines of coverage (i.e., homeowners, auto, personal property)
Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related area, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as volunteering or employee resource groups
