What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses Handle inventory of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while maintaining regulatory compliance Conduct arbitrations between companies on disputed claims Evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto claims within draft authority What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance Strong customer service and negotiation skills Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or related area, or equivalent experience General understanding of different lines of coverage (i.e., homeowners, auto, personal property) Excellent communication skills with diverse backgrounds Active participation in company culture initiatives We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
