What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Manage and develop long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in the assigned territory
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in-person and virtual communications
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners including marketing, patient access, and medical teams
Uphold ethical standards and compliance policies while effectively managing promotional resources and budget
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or neurology sales experience
OR Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
Leadership skills with experience directing lower levels and/or indirect teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
