What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist the Key Account Manager in executing strategic account plans and customer engagement strategies
Identify expansion, upselling, and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals and product roadmap
Maintain Salesforce hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of account activities
Partner closely with internal teams to resolve client challenges and support the selling process
Measure account health through product adoption and usage metrics to ensure ROI
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
Experience organizing and managing multiple account assignments in a high-volume environment
Ability to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the telematics industry or related SaaS solutions, particularly in commercial transportation
A strong drive to succeed and a "can-do" attitude
Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-growing company
