Subrogation Specialist (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Investigate, research, and conclude subrogation recovery for automobile losses
Handle an inventory of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
Initiate and hear arbitration on disputed liability and/or damage claims
Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
Conduct professional interactions and display values consistent with the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Proficient analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
General understanding of different lines of coverage (e.g., homeowners, auto, personal property)
Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills with diverse backgrounds
Willingness to engage in company culture activities, such as employee resource groups and volunteering
