Lead and manage a team of Clinical District Managers and Territory Managers to meet and exceed sales goals Develop and execute sales strategies and objectives for each territory on a quarterly and monthly basis Maintain sales data to analyze market trends and provide direction to the team Foster strong relationships with key account personnel to support market development and service efforts Recruit, develop, and retain talented field employees while conducting performance evaluations and coaching What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant sales experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales OR an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy Proven ability to manage budgets and control selling expenses effectively Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
2+ years of team management experience or 3+ years of successful Medtronic Diabetes Field Sales experience Recognized sales success in the medical device industry, such as President’s Club or Rookie of the Year Experience in business planning and territory financial analysis Proven track record of leading and coaching high‑performance sales teams Understanding of the Medtronic business environment and customer objectives alignment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
