What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring accurate information is processed in a timely manner

Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems

Demonstrate commitment to high-quality work and effective multitasking

Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate department for further resolution

Educate members on services and insurance coverage

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

Availability to work overtime as required and work independently under general supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a high-volume call environment, handling up to 100+ calls per day

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
