What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner
Ensure all company procedures are followed in processing member requests
Input accurate trip data into company systems
Educate members on services and their insurance coverage
Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to type 35 wpm or more and answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to talk and type simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a fast-paced environment with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently under general supervision
Experience with high-volume customer service settings
