Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is accurate and timely Follow company procedures to ensure proper handling of customer requests Input accurate trip data into company systems Educate members on services and their insurance coverage Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to type at least 35 words per minute Capacity to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ daily How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
