Remote position. We are looking for an experienced loan officer to build and lead a high‑performing team. I’m Niko Kramer, your wingman, and I’ll guide you through structuring, teaching, and supporting new loan officers.
Responsibilities
Structure loan applications and guide new loan officers.
Teach file structuring and best practices.
Provide support for the 6 new loan officers hired in the last 30 days.
Cooperate with the pipeline, lead generation, and relationship building efforts.
Lead and coach a team of loan officers, ensuring high performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience with mortgage processing.
Expertise in Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM loans.
Fluency in DU/LP systems.
In‑depth knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac rules.
Strong leadership and motivation skills.
Relentless work ethic and ability to work 12‑15 hours per day.
Ability to teach and mentor junior staff.
