Requirements: minimum 2 years in a similar position; prefer experience in a concept with strong sales of at least $4-6M annually. This position is very “hands‑on,” requiring expertise in guest service, all facets of operations, financial analysis, and cost‑control systems.

Analyze financial performance, manage P&L, and maintain cost control.
