What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for infusion services within the East Region
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices and healthcare systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and executives
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5-7 years of successful business development or sales experience specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
