Review and transfer patient data accurately between systems, ensuring compliance with established protocols
Maintain patient charts and records, ensuring all documentation is complete and organized
Enter and update patient information in databases and electronic health records as needed
Provide administrative support to admissions and clinical teams, including scheduling and correspondence
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
What is Required (Qualifications):
1+ years of relevant work experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree in health sciences, communications, or a relevant field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role related to data operations
Knowledge of database systems and tools such as Google Sheets, Salesforce, and EMRs
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures
