What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Intrafusion services
Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices and hospitals
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions
Negotiate and close complex sales agreements while ensuring client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5-7 years of experience in business development or sales specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify complex sales opportunities
Experience building relationships with executive-level healthcare professionals
