Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry- to mid-level
Sales / Sales Coordinator
(2–5 years of experience) to support our sales team within the HBA, Pet, or Wholesale industry. This role is ideal for someone with some industry exposure who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in wholesale sales. The Sales / Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales operations and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team with order entry, follow-ups, and ongoing customer communication
Maintain and update customer accounts, pricing, and product information
Communicate with buyers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
Track orders, shipments, and inventory availability
Assist with sales reports, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis
Follow up on quotes, samples, and open orders
Provide timely, professional customer service and responses
Qualifications
Some experience or exposure to HBA, Pet products, or wholesale sales preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills (email and phone)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable using Excel and/or Google Sheets
