Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key stakeholders Uphold ethical standards in compliance with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices Maintain full field presence Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend events What is Required (Qualifications):

BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms Knowledge of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements Proven adaptability in managing change and thriving in performance-based environments
