What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
Ask probing questions and persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services
Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services)
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills
High school diploma or GED
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

Desktop or laptop for completing PC and internet testing
