What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
Ask probing questions to understand customer needs
Persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases for effective customer management
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and building relationships
Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free home work environment
High school diploma or GED
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments
Experience working in a remote setting
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
