What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
Engage customers with probing questions to identify needs
Persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Deliver expert customer experiences with a friendly demeanor
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services)
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills
Open availability and a high school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
Strong computer navigation skills and a reliable internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve skills
Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles
Familiarity with CRM software or databases
