Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a structured call flow guide
Engage customers with probing questions to identify needs and promote additional products and services
Build and maintain client relationships to enhance customer retention
Track and document customer interactions and information in databases
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience, including upselling and telemarketing
High school diploma or GED
Open availability and ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Must reside in the United States and possess a valid U.S. address for residence
