Manage all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity Conduct coverage determinations and investigative work related to claims Assist with first notice of loss calls and participate in department phone queues Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively Communicate case facts to supervisors or management as necessary What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of Casualty claims experience or 1+ year of Commercial claims experience High School Diploma or GED, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry Must acquire and maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment Strong computer navigation abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of Casualty claims handling experience Prior experience with Commercial policies BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours, including evenings and weekends Demonstrated respect for diversity through excellent communication skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
