Your Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, issues, and product-related questions promptly and effectively. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions. Accurately document customer interactions for future reference and service improvement. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge of motorcycle products and services. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. A genuine passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to solve problems efficiently with a positive attitude. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
