Your Responsibilities
Provide exemplary customer service to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels. Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and technical support. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions. Accurately document customer interactions to improve service efficiency. Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve issues promptly. Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. A strong passion for motorcycles and customer service. Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle inquiries and issues efficiently with a positive approach. Willingness to work in Athens and adapt to a new environment.
