What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
Manage major accounts with revenues of $500M+, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure
Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide reliable sales forecasts using CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in complex enterprise software sales
Experience engaging C-suite executives using a consultative, value-based approach
Strong ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing
Deep understanding of AI and its application in business contexts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans
Experience in driving change within an organization
