What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Actively prospect and seek new business opportunities with both new and existing customers
Manage a list of major accounts, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide reliable sales forecasts using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven success in selling complex, enterprise software with revenue targets over $500M
Experience engaging C‑suite executives using solution selling techniques
Strong ability to manage full‑cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing
Deep understanding of AI and its application in business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Self‑starter with a growth mindset and ability to drive change
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams
Adept at developing and executing account plans that contribute to sales strategy
