What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline

Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact through to renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets set for the role

Collaborate cross‑functionally with various teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system (Salesforce)

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector

Proven success in selling complex enterprise software with revenue targets exceeding $500M

Experience engaging C‑suite executives using solution selling techniques

Strong ability to manage full‑cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing deals

Deep understanding of AI and its applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

College degree preferred

Self‑starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving change

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams

Adept at developing and executing account plans that contribute to overall sales strategy
