What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and administration processes
Prepare and facilitate contracts with preferred suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Conduct evaluations of the preferred supplier relationship management program
Generate metrics, analysis, and reports to support various business expectations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units and the category management team
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
3-5 years of related Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement experience
Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting, including reading and interpreting contracts
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills (Excel & PowerPoint expertise required)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Experience in supplier administration, e-sourcing, and contract management systems
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to find solutions
Strong relationship management skills and effective communication with all levels of management
