Regional Sales Manager, New Accounts (Remote) CrowdStrike invites you to apply for the Regional Sales Manager, New Accounts (Remote) role. This open recuse is a remote position that can be based in either Georgia or Florida.

About The Role Directly sell enterprise security software solutions across CrowdStrike’s product portfolio, driving incremental revenue with new customers. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business accounts, and for building and maintaining relationships during the first twelve months post‑close. Your role includes collaborating with account managers, customer success, sales engineering, professional services, marketing, channel and alliance teams, finance, and customer support.

What You’ll Do

Prospect, qualify, and close new customer revenue by building relationships with key decision makers, using flexible licensing models.

Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, mapping CrowdStrike solutions to customer business requirements.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders during onboarding, accelerated adoption, expansion, and transition of accounts after the first twelve months.

Maintain accurate documentation in CRM, including contact data, opportunity details, and sales stages.

Deliver accurate forecasting, quarterly revenue targets, and implement agreed account plans.

Collaborate with marketing to develop account‑focused plans, events, seminars, and roadmap sessions.

Promote CrowdStrike’s brand, maximize recognition, and publicize success stories.

Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product and process improvements.

Operate primarily in the field away from the home office to fulfill responsibilities.

Serve as subject‑matter expert with in‑depth knowledge of CrowdStrike products and services.

Manage high‑complexity accounts with significant quotas and senior‑level client engagement.

What You’ll Need

Broad expertise or unique knowledge to contribute to company objectives creatively.

Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision‑making processes.

Confidence and expertise in presentations, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation.

Deep understanding and ability to articulate business and technical contexts for key accounts.

Authoritative leadership by example, compelling others to collaborate.

Mentoring abilities for consultative effectiveness and trust building with internal and external stakeholders.

Functional knowledge of sales methodologies, software sales lifecycle, and CrowdStrike’s product suite.

Bonus Points

BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred.

Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $130,000 – $175,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
