Regional Sales Manager, New Accounts (Remote)
Join CrowdStrike as a Regional Sales Manager, New Accounts and help drive enterprise security software sales across the globe. This field‑sales role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business using flexible and scalable licensing models.
About the Role Directly sells enterprise security software solutions across the breadth of our portfolio and drives incremental revenue with new customers. The position is accountable for planning, prospecting, qualifying, and closing revenue on new business accounts. It also develops the post‑close relationship within newly won accounts during the first twelve months, partnering with internal stakeholders responsible for onboarding, accelerated adoption, expansion, and drawdown of flexible licensing models.
What You’ll Need
Broad expertise or unique knowledge to contribute to the development of company objectives.
Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision‑making process, goals, and business objectives.
Confidence and expertise with presentations, customer service, financial and business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement.
Complete understanding of the business and technical contexts of key accounts.
Authoritative leadership by example on accounts, compelling others to get on board.
Mentorship of others in consultative effectiveness and building trust with internal and external customers.
Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions, software business value concepts, and CrowdStrike’s products.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated adoption, expansion, and transition after the first twelve months.
Maintain accurate forecasting and quarterly revenue delivery.
Document customer interactions in CRM and marketing software.
Collaborate with Marketing to plan events, seminars, and roadmap sessions.
Promote CrowdStrike’s products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvements.
Work primarily in the field, away from a home office.
Engage senior‑executive and CXO‑level customers.
Handle the most complex enterprise and public‑sector accounts, with a high quota.

Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
