Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55,000-$75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top‑performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85,000+.
Location Requirements Open to candidates residing in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky.
Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11 am‑8 pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain the department’s work‑at‑home requirements, which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber, or DSL) high‑speed internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet service.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
